Manufacturer’s Warranty
1. VIVIDSTORM products have a 2-year warranty. During the warranty period, in case of any problems caused by the product itself or the
product defects caused by the design, you can come to our website and contact us directly for product warranty.
During the warranty period, if the product fails to work normally due to user negligence (not product material or design defects, etc.), not eligible for a warranty, for serious damage to the product should charge that fee according to the product damage.
After the warranty period expires, all repairs or replacements are charges the fee, and users will get a quote for the repair fee. Only after the user agrees and accepts the maintenance cost can the maintenance service be started.
2. Within one week after the user receives the product, if there are obvious serious defects in the product, the user shall provide video or photo proof, and provide the corresponding certificate and warranty card to our after-sales service personnel. After confirmation, the user can return the product and reship a new product. The user needs to ensure that the retumed product is in good condition kept in their
original status., free from any physical damage and that the packaging is complete. We will handle the returned or exchanged products
within 7 days (excluding public holidays).
3. The motors in all products sold by our company enjoy a five-year warranty. It is necessary to ensure that the motor is complete and has not been tampered with.
4. The company provides corresponding after-sales technical support services for the products sold, and guarantees customer service
response within 24 hours. (except holidays)
5. Within one week after the customer receives the product, due to the special packaging size of the product, it is recommended to save the
carton in order to solve the packaging problem of return and replacement.
6. It should be noted that the product damage caused by the following factors not caused by the company, the damage caused by other
human factors and natural disasters are not included in the warranty scope of the company:
The product is damaged due to incorrect installation of the product;
(1) Product voltage mismatch;
(2) The user does not operate according to the product manual, resulting in improper use and product damage;
(3) Repair or modify the product without authorization of the company;
(4) Failure to provide proper working environment;
(5) Product damage caused by user’s secondary transportation;
(6) This product is damaged in natural disasters and accidents. Natural disasters and accidents include flood, fire and human factors. The
above guarantee has the same legal effect for each user. Due to the change of country or region, other rights may only apply to specific
customers.

We bought the screen for our bonus room. We have a large window in the room and wanted a motorized screen that we could move to be able to still enjoy the window view. The screen housing is very well constructed. Heavy and thick. Something I suspect will hold up with the test of time. The quality of the screen is very nice. Very clear. I have overhead ceiling lights and these lights have minimal to no impact on the picture due to the ALR technology. The operation is very slick and user friendly. It came with two controllers and a toggle dong for my projector. Overall, very happy with the screen.

I ordered the older version (non S) and they helped me re-order! Then after I ordered I decided I wanted the wall brackets to hang it and so I bought them separately. They then refunded me $20 because it is only $50 to add the brackets at the time of screen purchase.Big fan, love how it hides when not in use and then goes up when you need it. Keeps my kids friends from screwing with it. Also, because it is on the ground it hides any speaker wires behind it. Win Win!!
I mean I expected good, but this thing is really, REALLY good. First of all it's got a sleek finish. It's also very sturdy, even a little heavy, as I got the 120" -- but better sturdy than flimsy.I purchased during the holidays. It arrived by DHL a lot faster than I anticipated (I wanna say like in 12 days) and in sturdy packaging so great product condition out of the box. There's no assembly required. I've attached video/ photo. The version I got has a perforated finish just above the housing so a center speaker behind it tilted at angle hits the viewer direct.I paired the Vividstorm screen with an Optoma short throw (not seen in video/ photo); any reasonable short throw will do. The picture quality is AMAZING with AMAZING blacks levels due to ALR screen.Lastly, functionality is a thumbs up -- it functions perfectly, rising and setting smoothly... And with the 120" (as seen in photo) it's HUGE! taking up almost my entire basement wall. I highly recommend.
Got an Epson EH-LS500W, was using my old projector screen.Wind from my air conditioner and the slightly non-flat surface distorted the picturenoticeably. In addition, my ceiling lightmade the projector image look washed out and forcing me to keep the living room light dimmed all the time. Which is not convenient.So, I went on looking for a tension alr screen to go tackle the above issue.After searching the local Japanese market for a while, there were not many choices.Was considering the Kikuchi SPA-100HDUT framed panel. However, there were a fewproblems: Assembly requirement, mounting difficulty due to windows on the wall and the forever out of stock status of the panels.So, I went looking for alternatives. Found this Vividstorm ALR tension floor risingscreen an saw many good review on it. Bought the VSDSTUST120H. The shipment was pretty fast, took about a week by DHL. All in good shape. Setting up was swift. No assembling, drilling and hanging required.Set it up on my TV board , which made the screen 40cm above the floor and about 3m from viewing position. This put the screen to a just nice viewing position (imho). Tension screen does help giving a flat surface and gone is the distorted picture. Still see very slight screen move but only when the air conditioner is blowing strong, nothing annoying.ALR also helps significantly. Now i can turn on my lights and still see respectable picture quality. With the lights off, the cinema experience was great. No regret on making the 120-inch choice.

I got this to pair with my new VAVA Ultra Short Throw Projector. No set up was required. I unboxed it, positioned it, and was projecting onto the screen within five minutes. I recommend this screen and the seller. It shipped from China and was delivered several weeks prior to estimated delivery.
The screen looks fantastic and seems to be really high quality. The customer service also has been fantastic. I'd definitely recommend buying this screen.
I got this unit shipped from within Canada, so the shipping time was decent. The unit was very well packaged and arrived in good shape. The picture quality with an Optoma Cinemax P2 is simply outstanding, very bright with great colours and good black levels. Mechanically, the unit appears very solid.The only drawback is the complicated procedure to change the maximum screen height (using that odd Allen-key like tool to fumble around in a hole in the casing), but that is not annoying enough to take away a star.

The product feels so high-tech and quality right out of the box. Packaging is very well protected.Motors are smooth and image quality is so refined and sharp, it feels just like the movies.Rotor arms and the tension mechanism are very sturdy and well built.I am 100% happy with this project.Photos really don't do this 120inch screen justice.
Expensive and worth it. Can watch in this window filled room in the height of the day. Excellent detail. Gain and color is perfect for shadow detail, contrast and color reproduction. Perfect match for my ultra bright Dell UST. Can start outdoor movie night way before sunset. It is incredibly well constructed. Mechanism is fast and smooth. It is very handsome when closes with a nicely fitting and protective door. Shipping was instantaneous and got it 2 weeks before expected delivery. Would have had it in 4 days if not sent via the very awful FedEx. Have to say it was the best packaged delivery I have ever gotten. Even thought FedEx abused it there was so much protective foam and plastic it didn’t come close to affecting it. This screen was not much less than my 77” LG C1OLED. Was worried about buyers remorse throwing down this much coin, but after receiving it all’s good. Paid a little less than this for my Stewart roll down many years back. That was good money spent. If this continues to operate as it does out of the box it will be a even more so.
This screen is great. We are able to watch things on our projector in broad daylight and the picture is still bright and sharp. It does wave a little when air flows around it, so if this bothers you, get the fixed one. We wanted the ease of taking it out of the box and using it without a complicated installation and this one was perfect for that. It was easy to set up and we can take it with us easily when we move.
Brilliant picture quality. Worth every penny spent! Got a 120” floor standing pro screen and the picture quality is epic! Customer service is a level above. I have pinged several times on their Watsapp number and responses have been prompt and helpful. Will totally recommend to any Vava short throw projector owners. Takes your movie room experience to a different level!
Visible horizontal lines. Consistently spaced out and progressively gets lighter the higher up the screen you go. Looks like the joint between the ALR material and black section at the bottom of the screen creates this impression. Not visible during use with high lumen UST projector. I suspect everyone will suffer from this issue but does not impact performance. Support was quick to answer my question. Suggested I leave the screen up for a few days. Did not notice a substantial improvement over a period of 4 days. Still highly recommended this screen.
After doing a lot of research on ultra-short throw projector screens, this was the best combination I found for the quality and price point. My wife's non-negotiable was that we didn't attach a screen to the wall so this floor-rising screen was our best option. In terms of ease of assembly, there's really not much to do other than carry it over to where you want it. Highly recommend!

I bought screen this to use with my Optoma P1 UST laser. Note that you have to position this projector very precisely with this or any screen and I had to have custom cabinets made.At the end, I needed to have the screen 1 inch lower than the default screen height. They have two holes with rubber grommets on the left side. You are to remove only the front one and using the provided plastic adjustment put it through the small hole in the case. Of course you are doing this in the darkened room so you can see the projector test pattern. It is unclear from the directions exactly how the tool is supposed to go through the front hole in the casing. After some fumbling, I felt it engage and turned it clockwise as instructed. Nothing happened so I turned it a few more turns and again no adjustment. Then I took out the back plug and put the red flashlight shining in the hole to find out I had the tool in something other than the desired adjustment screw. It should have been in the yellow screw. Which when I changed the angle and adjusted the yellow screw the screen now stops where I want it to.BUT unfortunately now when the screen came down to store it does not stop or shut off automatically as it did prior. It goes down tighter than originally and the motor buzzes until I quickly shut it off. I tried to turn the silver screw back to no avail.Other than that one issue a very nice somewhat pricey product with good screen and seems well constructed. The lid is a little uneven when closed but tolerable if it can be made to work again properly.The company turned out to be very helpful with the problem. They sent a video and replied via WhatsApp to show me how to fix the issue. I would note you can shine a light in alongside the edge of the screen when it is up to be able to see the proper adjustment screws. The one for screen height on this model is yellow. The directions could be a little better.
