Manufacturer’s Warranty

Warranty Coverage

VividStorm screens are protected by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Screen Warranty Period

The warranty for the screen material is valid for 2 Years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the motor of the screen for 5 years.

Warranty Service

If a defect covered under this warranty occurs within the warranty period, VividStorm will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective screen or its components. All parts and labor required for the repair will be covered by VividStorm.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation, misuse, or abuse

• Failure to follow VividStorm installation or operating instructions

• Damage caused by accident, fire, flood, or other external events

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claim Procedure

Proof of Purchase

Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for shipping the screen to VividStorm for warranty service.

Limitation of Liability

VividStorm’s responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to repairing or replacing the defective product as outlined above. VividStorm shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—the product.

Other Branded Products

Products or merchandise sold on VividStorm websites that are manufactured by other brands are covered by the respective brand owner’s or distributor’s warranty. VividStorm will assist in coordinating warranty claims on your behalf.

Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the country or region where the product was shipped.
